If you would like to delete your EchoCare account and all associated data, you can do so in two ways:
Option 1 — Delete Directly in the App (Recommended)
- Open EchoCare on your Android device
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Follow the confirmation steps
Your account deletion will begin immediately.
Option 2 — Submit a Request Online
If you no longer have access to the app, contact us via our Contact page and include:
- The email address linked to your EchoCare account
- A request to permanently delete your account
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- A 30-day grace period begins — your account remains intact and you can cancel deletion at any time during this period
- After 30 days, your account and all personal data are permanently deleted
- Medication dose history is anonymised to preserve adherence record integrity — all identifying information is removed
- This action cannot be undone after the 30-day period
Data We Delete
- Your name and email address
- All medications, schedules and dose history
- All appointments
- All health metric readings
- All emergency contacts
- All I Am OK history
- All AI scan data
