Delete Your EchoCare Account

If you would like to delete your EchoCare account and all associated data, you can do so in two ways:

Option 1 — Delete Directly in the App (Recommended)

  1. Open EchoCare on your Android device
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Follow the confirmation steps

Your account deletion will begin immediately.

Option 2 — Submit a Request Online

If you no longer have access to the app, contact us via our Contact page and include:

  • The email address linked to your EchoCare account
  • A request to permanently delete your account

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • A 30-day grace period begins — your account remains intact and you can cancel deletion at any time during this period
  • After 30 days, your account and all personal data are permanently deleted
  • Medication dose history is anonymised to preserve adherence record integrity — all identifying information is removed
  • This action cannot be undone after the 30-day period

Data We Delete

  • Your name and email address
  • All medications, schedules and dose history
  • All appointments
  • All health metric readings
  • All emergency contacts
  • All I Am OK history
  • All AI scan data
